As well as being an independent toy shop in North Yorkshire we are also the only Authorized Spare Parts Centre for Little Tikes toys in the UK. We have sold Little Tikes toys for almost 20 years along side many other lines.

Little Tikes Spare Parts

We stock or can order in, component parts for almost all of the Little Tikes products in current production.

Please note that no spares are produced for some products and if the product is old and has been discontinued we may not be able to offer replacement parts, although we will try our best to help.

Before you contact us: please, if possible have the following details;-

The name of the product you have, this is crucial, different products have different parts. All playhouses have different doors for example and Little Tikes make several houses! If you are uncertain please look on either of the following web sites, they show all the current lines: www.adventuretoys.co.uk or www.littletikes.co.uk
The colour scheme and if possible the product code.
The part identification letter or number as shown on the instruction sheet. Most instructions can be found on www.littletikes.com
When and where you bought the product. If the fault is covered under the Little Tikes warranty*, we will need to see a copy of your receipt with the product named and the purchase date shown.

If you don't know any or all of these details, please still give us a ring. We have a good knowledge of Little Tikes products having sold them and built them for use and display in our shop for almost 20 years. We can normally work out what toy you have and what you need, as long as you can describe it to us or even better send us a photo.

The reason we ask you to ring is there are a number of products with similar names and parts; clarification enables us to reduce the risk of errors.

Payment

There are various ways you can pay for the spare parts:

Over the phone with a credit or debit card (all expect Visa Electron)
Send us a cheque or Postal order, to Adventure Toys, Little Smeaton, Northallerton. North Yorkshire. DL6 2HJ.
For schools and other education centres we can send a pro forma invoice. Once we have received payment we will send out the parts.

Please note all prices include Postage and Packaging (for mainland UK) and VAT at the current UK standard rate.

Little Tikes Warranty

The Little Tikes Company make fun, high quality toys. We warrant to the original consumer purchaser that this product is free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year** from the date of purchase. A sales receipt or copy with the purchase date and product clearly printed is required for proof of purchase. This warranty is valid only if the product has been assembled and maintained per the instructions. This warranty does not cover abuse, accident, cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from the normal wear, or any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.

** The warranty period is reduced to three months for day care or commercial purchasers.

If you need instructions most can be found on the Little Tikes American site www.littletikes.com.

If you can't find the instructions you need please contact us we will try to help.

If you need help assembling a toy, the American website also shows assembly videos of many of their products. If you still need help, give us a ring we have built most of the toys and can usually give you some pointers and tips that may work!
