We deliver to the UK mainland although some areas do carry a surcharge. Delivery of some items over seas is possible dependant on size and carriage costs.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times given below are not guaranteed.
Standard Delivery
All orders on a standard delivery will be processed and normally delivered within 5 working days.
Express Delivery
All express delivery orders will be processed and dispatched for delivery within 2 working days.
If time allows orders received after 12 noon will still be processed that day if possible otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.
Saturday Deliveries
Saturday deliveries are available for an extra surcharge of £20.00 on top of the standard or express delivery charges. Orders received on Thursday after 12 noon or Friday for that Saturday delivery will be charged the express surcharge and the Saturday surcharge.
DELIVERY CHARGES
These delivery charges for UK mainland only, excluding the Highlands (AB postcodes and above) of Scotland. For these areas and the Islands of the UK please contact us for a quote.
Standard Delivery
Orders totalling from £0 - £9.99 will cost £3.95 and be sent by post
Orders totalling from £10.00 - £59.99 will cost £5.00
Orders totalling from £60.00 - £119.99 will cost £7.50
Orders totalling from £120.00 up will cost £10.00
For Express Delivery there is a surcharge of £5.00 on top of the standard delivery charge.
For Saturday Delivery there is a surcharge of £20.00 on top of the Standard or Express delivery costs.

Please note that if you require deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, the Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands please contact us for a quote on the delivery price.
NON-UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
For delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for the delivery costs.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If you have any problems with your delivery, or it hasn't arrived when it should, please let us know as soon as possible (9am - 5pm). We will contact the carriers, and keep you informed as to what is happening.
We will process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible, often the same day that we receive them and although we try our best to meet your deadlines and requests no deliveries are guaranteed. Once the goods have been collected by the carriers it is in their hands and things like traffic hold ups break downs etc all happen. Unfortunately although delayed and late deliveries by the carriers can be very frustrating and inconvenient there will be no refund of delivery costs.
We are sorry but we are unable to dispatch orders at the weekend. Orders received after 12 noon on Friday, on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Mondays.
